This level is complicated and extremely difficult at some parts, making it agonizing when trying for a record here.
Skip the entire intro and fall to the door below as you pull out the ECM Mine. Ignore the guard and drop off the ramp below and throw the mine onto the panel (refer to the Agent/Special Agent walkthroughs for mroe detail here). Then move through the grated door, hop over the glass and land down on the next floor. Now sprint over to disarm the guard near the button on the table, and in the same instant unlock Cassandra de Vries' office. Run inside and disarm her for the keycode necklace, and then move back out and to the left. Here you should shut and then open the elevator, so that later on in the level it will be waiting for you to take you downstairs. Then open the brown sliding door on the right, jump some more glass here, and finish up on the bottom floor of the offices. Open another sliding door, and strafe through the corridors filled with guards until you reach the programmer's office. Along the way, one of the guards will probably yell something out, so that another guard nearby will open the huge door that parts in the middle for you. Then bring out the Falcon 2 Silenced and wait for the phone to ring in the locked office.

Now take out the shocktrooper next door and hopefully find the dual Falcon 2 Silenced pistols he dropped. Then stand watch outside the programmer's door and carefully take out the five or so guards that will round the corner while listening to the phone conversation. The programmer should hang up the phone and open the door and instantly yell, "Help! Security! Help me!"

Start heading back to the elevators now, and make sure the large double door remains open for the programmer. Hopefully the closest elevator should have naturally arrived by now, so move past it a little bit and wait for the programmer. Soon he will come scurrying by and stop as you immediately order him to help you. Now close the door behind you both in the elevator, and take the ride up one level. Luck Alert! Because of all of the commotion downstairs, sometimes a guard from above will have called for the opposite elevator himself nearby. This will make it so that your run will not be synchronized with the final elevator, so you must abort. The idea is to not have that far elevator in sight.
Now slowly lead the programmer to the computer terminal, careful to dispatch of any guards that might cause a problem. Then open the last door for the programmer, turn around, and keep an eye out. Soon he should mention "I'm logging on now."

A few moments later, pull out the Data Uplink, and shut/open the door so that it will remain open when you exit. Now move over to the terminal and begin to download the project files. While the downloading process continues, turn around and take a few steps towards the door. Then when the completion beep sounds, sprint all the way back down the hall and take the far elevator. The door should be wide open, so make sure to shut it behind you.

The elevator will move down one floor, though, so make sure to close the door as soon as it opens. Now bring out the ECM Mine and meditate during the ride down. The door to the bottom floor should open 20 seconds later. Now sprint madly to the multicolored door on the right, and as you run into the room throw the mine and aim it towards the small panel nearby. Health Alert! Even at full health the shcoktroopers down here can maul you instantly. But if you have been hit once or twice before, you should be able to escape from this room and across to the other side of the main room with a sliver of green still remaining for the last part. Here you must again strafe by everyone, through the secret sliding door, and activate the elevator. This takes a lot of practice, so good luck.
